By downloading or using Ghayeb, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Ghayeb is a free mobile app for coaches and academy administrators to record team attendance. Data is stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
2. Free tier limits
The app includes defined limits — currently up to 5 teams, 200 players in total, and attendance history display for the last 30 days. Limits may change between versions.
3. Account activation
Some features (reminders, history, player import/export) require registering a valid phone number and email and verifying the phone by SMS code. You agree to provide accurate information belonging to you. We may suspend accounts registered with false or abusive information.
4. Your content and responsibility
You enter and control all team, player and attendance data. You confirm you are entitled to record this information (including data about minors you coach) and are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. The data lives on your device: you are responsible for your device and any backups — we cannot restore data you lose or delete, including via “Delete Account”, which is permanent and irreversible.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse the service or its backend, no bulk/automated registration, and no use of the contacts import for anything other than adding players you manage.
6. Intellectual property
The app, the Rekaz name, logo and branding are the property of Rekaz. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. Your data remains yours.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rekaz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data stored on your device (including missed reminders due to device settings, battery optimization or OS restrictions).
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. You can stop using the app at any time; deleting the app or your account ends the license.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
